SOMATIC EXPERIENCING, REIKI, YOGA, SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

Emily Patterson

Decades of listening deeply and offering heartfelt empathy have shown me that there is tremendous resilience and healing within every person. My own lived experience and lifetime of learning has provided me with the ability to hold space for open and honest conversations with clients in every season of life.

I am pursuing a master’s degree in counseling psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and I am an advanced-level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner trainee, a certified Yoga instructor, and Level II Reiki practitioner. Additionally I offer plant medicine guidance and integration.

I work from a holistic, trauma-informed, and depth psychological approach to help clients of all ages explore their personal history, past trauma, and current patterns that are impacting relationships and quality of life. Whether you are facing a major life transition; coping with anxiety and depression; navigating relationship and family difficulties; or exploring your identity and spirituality, I will meet you where you are without judgment.

SOMATIC EXPERIENCING, SPIRITUAL DIRECTION, END OF LIFE CARE

David Juelfs, M.Div

In our work together, my goal is to provide the space, support, and guidance to help expand your capacity to move effectively through the full range of life’s joys and difficulties. It is that greater capacity that enables transformative healing and the ability to reconnect to what matters: your purpose, your loved ones, your spirituality, and yourself.

I am a doctoral student in depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and an advanced-level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner trainee. With over 20 years of work in helping and healing arts, along with my own life experience, I bring deep compassion and understanding to my approach and practice. Whether you are facing major life transitions such as divorce or remarriage, death and loss, painful family relationships, self-doubt, addiction, loneliness, or past trauma, I know that life is rarely simple or easy.

Combining depth psychology, trauma-informed somatic work, expansive spirituality, integration with plant medicines, or mindfulness and meditation, I offer a collaborative and integrated approach to exploring what works best for you.
